Built my second home with Status Residentual. Couldn’t be happier with both the build quality and communication through our client liaison Grace as well as Sean in sales. The last month of the build we were looking at our lease in our rental running out and Grace and Mason (Supervisor) pulled out all the stops to get us into our new home! Great effort guys and gals!! Woohooo! Cheers for a timely hassle free build during a period where others haven’t been as lucky! Definitely build with you guys again!

We have had the pleasure of working with an absolute gem called Antonio. He worked so hard and never gave up on us achieving our dream of building our future family home. It was a long road getting finance etc sorted but now we can finally see our slab down and its all thanks to him and his hard work. Highly recommend Status Residential! From start to finish the whole process was streamlined, easy and we felt supported throughout the whole build. A massive thanks to our Client Liaison Officer Grace and Site Supervisor Brian – we wouldn’t be where we are without the hard work and dedication from you both. Great communication all the way through and at times went out of their way and exceeded our expectations in helping us through trying times and building delays within the whole industry. For those looking to build their first home, we would recommended 100 times over and ourselves felt so looked after.

We had handover almost 2 years ago now, and found out we had a water leak last week. All it took was one phone call and Status Residential had a plumber organised to come fix the leak. You often hear horror stories from builders fighting to repair things after handover but I was so relieved with how quick and easy it was to get the repair sorted.

Excellent customer service, Grace and the team has gone above and beyond with helping us throughout our building journey. They have been very patient and accommodating with us on our requests and always just an email or phone call away for our queries. Granted it was not an easy journey during this time, what with the construction delays and soaring rental market, it was starting to put a toll on us. But we’re glad that we decided to work with Status Residential to build our dream home as we were never hit with any price increase and that has put us in a good spot. Thank you so much to the team. Job well done guys!

100% recommend Status Residential. Slab went down Feb 2024 and collected keys for our new house Nov 2024. 9 months start to finish is outstanding in my opinion. Quality of home and finishes are top notch. SR is very transparent with information regarding the entire build process and any questions we may have had were generally answered before I even asked. Staff from sales, pre start, builder and client liaisons have been professional and informative throughout our build which certainly eradicated any stress we could have encountered. I would certainly recommend and use Status Residential again in the future.

From the moment we signed up, to the moment we go our keys, the staff at Status Residential have been fantastic with their communication. Grace, our client liaison was amazing, answered every question within a timely manner. Mason, our building inspector was on top of all things for the build, gave dates for when things would be done and followed through. Shaun, who was a part of the sales team was so enthusiastic about his job, he found our block and helped us choose the right house.

I honestly wouldn’t have chosen another builder to build with and if we chose to build again, I’ll be coming back to Status Residential.

We have had a very pleasant time working with status residential, from our wonderful client liaison who was very professional and very helpful throughout our building period, had a answer to any of our questions within the day of asking.
Our sales rep who helped us with every step of the way with any issues or concerns and done what he could to keep the ball rolling at all times.

Site supervisor who was very hands on and kept us up to date towards the end of the build and done what he could to get us in the house before Christmas when hand over was meant to be early 2024.

House was built to a very high standard with no issues during build time.

I highly recommend Status Residential for their customer service and timely delivery. We had a great experience from Reece who ensured we got the right finance in place and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. Our build was only 7 months from slab down. I must admit we were not prepared for handover when we were informed . Client liaison team Grace and Jenny were very informative of every stage and answered all of our questions. Manuel our site manager was great in ensuring everything was done smoothly. Thankful to have built with such a great team!
