We had a great experience from Reece who ensured we got the right finance in place and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. Our build was only 7 months from slab down. I must admit we were not prepared for handover when we were informed . Client liaison team Grace and Jenny were very informative of every stage and answered all of our questions. Manuel our site manager was great in ensuring everything was done smoothly. Thankful to have built with such a great team!

I have had what I would call a dream build with Status Residential from the beginning. From Danielle in sales who assisted with my design, finding land and my finance, to Jacinta in pre start who helped with things I hadn’t even thought of. During Construction my site supervisor Manuel was outstanding and kept things on track. To the voice on the end of an email in Client Liaison Jen who assisted with all my queries no matter how silly. Thanks wouldnt be enough for making my build so smooth and trouble free. I’m now in my house and a couple of little teething problems that have been rectified promptly. I would highly recommend Status Residential and would build with them again in the future.

I just want to thank status residential for making my build experience a pleasurable experience especially with the stories you hear these days. I would like to personally thank Sasha, Mason and grace as anything I have needed has always been sorted out with pace.
I had problems with the banks at the start but status did not just let me leave they worked for months to get me what was right for me and my family. Construction started July 2023 and I received my keys June 2024. Recommend every day of the week thank you guys.

I have had a very smooth building process with Status. Sasha was very helpful finding a block and getting the finance sorted. I was quoted to have a 9-12 month build which I expected to go over knowing how the building market has been in the last few years. However, the build in total took under 9 months to reach the practical completion stage, there were a few delays at this stage but in total everything was finished well and truly on schedule.

The quality of the build is top notch, our building inspector found very few faults with the final build at inspection (only minor paint touch up’s and a few clean up’s). Dealing with everyone at Status has been very pleasant, communication has been clear the whole way through, and everything answered very promptly.I would highly recommend Status Residential.

From the moment we signed up, to the moment we go our keys, the staff at Status Residential have been fantastic with their communication. Grace, our client liaison was amazing, answered every question within a timely manner. Mason, our building inspector was on top of all things for the build, gave dates for when things would be done and followed through. Shaun, who was a part of the sales team was so enthusiastic about his job, he found our block and helped us choose the right house.

I honestly wouldn’t have chosen another builder to build with and if we chose to build again, I’ll be coming back to Status Residential.

We had handover almost 2 years ago now, and found out we had a water leak last week. All it took was one phone call and Status Residential had a plumber organised to come fix the leak. You often hear horror stories from builders fighting to repair things after handover but I was so relieved with how quick and easy it was to get the repair sorted.

We have had a very pleasant time working with status residential, from our wonderful client liaison who was very professional and very helpful throughout our building period, had a answer to any of our questions within the day of asking.
Our sales rep who helped us with every step of the way with any issues or concerns and done what he could to keep the ball rolling at all times.

Site supervisor who was very hands on and kept us up to date towards the end of the build and done what he could to get us in the house before Christmas when hand over was meant to be early 2024.

House was built to a very high standard with no issues during build time.

Excellent customer service, Grace and the team has gone above and beyond with helping us throughout our building journey. They have been very patient and accommodating with us on our requests and always just an email or phone call away for our queries. Granted it was not an easy journey during this time, what with the construction delays and soaring rental market, it was starting to put a toll on us. But we’re glad that we decided to work with Status Residential to build our dream home as we were never hit with any price increase and that has put us in a good spot. Thank you so much to the team. We are yet to start construction but so far it is a dream we didn’t think we would ever be able to achieve. Status residential is building our forever home to suit our needs within the budget we have. Antonio (We have named him Saint Antonio) has gone above and beyond to help us get our perfect house. Late night calls, weekend, after hours, it was never a problem. At first we thought it was all too good to be true, until it kept happening and no one ever gave up on us no matter the hurdle. We feel truly lucky and blessed.

My wife, Rita and I had a great experience with Status Residential. throughout our journey, from consultation through to finance and building construction, the friendly staff, at SR are always visible and ready to answer our query. the whole journey took us 12 months, till we got our keys. The client liaison agent is always keeping us updated on progress of the house. Though we had some delays, we still managed to complete the construction in 12 months. A great team of professionals who always willing to assist when and where they can.

Both Rita and I have already made referrals to some of my friends who are interested in building. Status Residential is the way to go.
