1. Meet with us

Building your first home starts with a chat with an experienced member of our friendly team.

2. See if you qualify

Our team will explain your finance options and obtain a budget with our in-house finance team to find the best finance solution to suit your situation.

3. Finding land

We have exclusive access to land from Two Rocks to Dawesville and everywhere in between!

4. Choose your home Design

Your consultant and our in-house design team will work together to design a home that not only suits your needs but also meets your budget.

5. Preparing for construction

There are lots of approvals and certifications required before we start building, but don’t worry, we handle all of these for you; all you need to do here is pick your colours and finishes.

6. Construction begins

Once all approvals are in place, it’s time to bring your home to life. Our team works efficiently to keep your build on track, and we’ll keep you updated so you know what’s happening every step of the way.

7. Inspection and handover

Before you move in, we complete a final inspection with you. Then, with all boxes ticked, we hand over the keys so you can step inside and make it yours.

8. Aftercare

We offer a 12-month maintenance period and a 25-year structural guarantee, which is one of the longest in the industry, so you can have the confidence that your home will stand the test of time.
