About the role

As a New Homes Specialist, you will guide clients through their home-buying journey, from first inquiry to handing over the keys. You will work with a variety of leads, providing expert advice, and tailor solutions to match their needs.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven sales experience in any industry, preferably in the home building or real estate industry
• Displays personal drive, integrity, and initiative: Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives. Shows initiative and does what is required. Commits energy and drive to see that goals are achieved.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused on what is critical in order to achieve an outcome. Responds in a positive and flexible manner to change and uncertainty.
