Key Responsibilities

  • Assist office workflows from contract signing through to hand over
  • Assist with prestart selection meetings
  • Prepare and manage contractual documents and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Provide timely updates on project milestones, timelines, and changes
  • Coordinate communication between clients, sales teams and administration team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records in our project management systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in client service and workflow processes

About You

  • Previous experience in a prestart and/ or contract administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
