Key Responsibilities
- Assist office workflows from contract signing through to hand over
- Assist with prestart selection meetings
- Prepare and manage contractual documents and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Provide timely updates on project milestones, timelines, and changes
- Coordinate communication between clients, sales teams and administration team
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Maintain accurate records in our project management systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement in client service and workflow processes
About You
- Previous experience in a prestart and/ or contract administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
