I decided to build my first home with Status Residential and I’m so glad I did, fantastic build process, everyone was so helpful and it was such a great experience. I will recommend Status to everybody.

I have had a very smooth building process with Status. Sasha was very helpful finding a block and getting the finance sorted. I was quoted to have a 9-12 month build which I expected to go over knowing how the building market has been in the last few years. However, the build in total took under 9 months to reach the practical completion stage, there were a few delays at this stage but in total everything was finished well and truly on schedule.

The quality of the build is top notch, our building inspector found very few faults with the final build at inspection (only minor paint touch up’s and a few clean up’s). Dealing with everyone at Status has been very pleasant, communication has been clear the whole way through, and everything answered very promptly.I would highly recommend Status Residential.

We have had the pleasure of working with an absolute gem called Antonio. He worked so hard and never gave up on us achieving our dream of building our future family home. It was a long road getting finance etc sorted but now we can finally see our slab down and its all thanks to him and his hard work. We are so delighted to have chosen Status Residential and to have worked alongside Antonio,Hayden as well as Rhiannon,Morgan and Jacinta. Thanks once again!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Some wild reviews here, called a few places when I moved back to Perth and Status was one of them and spoke to Danielle Rae, didn’t sell me no nonsense hopes and dreams and gave me the truth so I chose to go ahead. Of course no build is perfect and there were a couple of material shortage issues but one of the 2 ended up in my favour and I got an upgrade.. no price hikes and communication was clear.

I can’t thank Dani enough! Always happy to answer my calls or emails and chase things up even when it was out of her hands, have put 3 or 4 more people on to her and building another currently.

Built my second home with Status Residentual. Couldn’t be happier with both the build quality and communication through our client liaison Grace as well as Sean in sales. The last month of the build we were looking at our lease in our rental running out and Grace and Mason (Supervisor) pulled out all the stops to get us into our new home! Great effort guys and gals!! Woohooo! Cheers for a timely hassle free build during a period where others haven’t been as lucky! Definitely build with you guys again!

I have had what I would call a dream build with Status Residential from the beginning. From Danielle in sales who assisted with my design, finding land and my finance, to Jacinta in pre start who helped with things I hadn’t even thought of. During Construction my site supervisor Manuel was outstanding and kept things on track. To the voice on the end of an email in Client Liaison Jen who assisted with all my queries no matter how silly. Thanks wouldnt be enough for making my build so smooth and trouble free. I’m now in my house and a couple of little teething problems that have been rectified promptly. I would highly recommend Status Residential and would build with them again in the future.

We have had a very pleasant time working with status residential, from our wonderful client liaison who was very professional and very helpful throughout our building period, had a answer to any of our questions within the day of asking.
Our sales rep who helped us with every step of the way with any issues or concerns and done what he could to keep the ball rolling at all times.

Site supervisor who was very hands on and kept us up to date towards the end of the build and done what he could to get us in the house before Christmas when hand over was meant to be early 2024.

House was built to a very high standard with no issues during build time.

After previously signing with a different builder we were let down by, we were introduced to Status who made such a daunting process more seamless. From the beginning, Haydn was transparent and reliable and made such valuable suggestions for our home. During the build, the client liason team (Kaylee & Grace) were great at communicating and answering any questions we had about our build. The build time was reasonable in comparison to larger building companies and the pandemic. We felt guided by Status during the process, being our first home build and were never left in the dark or unresponded to. We engaged a building inspector during the process, and all stages were completed to a high standard. Mason was an amazing project manager who we could really trust and rely on during the process. Overall, we are really happy with the Status team and beyond stoked with our new home.

My wife, Rita and I had a great experience with Status Residential. throughout our journey, from consultation through to finance and building construction, the friendly staff, at SR are always visible and ready to answer our query. the whole journey took us 12 months, till we got our keys. The client liaison agent is always keeping us updated on progress of the house. Though we had some delays, we still managed to complete the construction in 12 months. A great team of professionals who always willing to assist when and where they can.

Both Rita and I have already made referrals to some of my friends who are interested in building. Status Residential is the way to go.

We had handover almost 2 years ago now, and found out we had a water leak last week. All it took was one phone call and Status Residential had a plumber organised to come fix the leak. You often hear horror stories from builders fighting to repair things after handover but I was so relieved with how quick and easy it was to get the repair sorted.
