We are yet to start construction but so far it is a dream we didn’t think we would ever be able to achieve. Status residential is building our forever home to suit our needs within the budget we have. Antonio (We have named him Saint Antonio) has gone above and beyond to help us get our perfect house. Late night calls, weekend, after hours, it was never a problem. At first we thought it was all too good to be true, until it kept happening and no one ever gave up on us no matter the hurdle. We feel truly lucky and blessed.

As this being my first build I was recommended Status Residential from a good mate and he asked Antonio to get in contact with me , straight from the first meeting and through out the process of building Antonio is very professional and always kept in contact through the process and very easy to get hold of if any information is needed , everyone that helped me through the paperwork and online paperwork we’re great nothing was a problem. To everyone at Status Residential thank you for making my dream come true . I have already recommended Status Residential to some of my family , friends and work colleagues once again THANK YOU ✌️

Highly recommend Status Residential! From start to finish the whole process was streamlined, easy and we felt supported throughout the whole build. A massive thanks to our Client Liaison Officer Grace and Site Supervisor Brian – we wouldn’t be where we are without the hard work and dedication from you both. Great communication all the way through and at times went out of their way and exceeded our expectations in helping us through trying times and building delays within the whole industry. For those looking to build their first home, we would recommended 100 times over and ourselves felt so looked after.

We have had the pleasure of working with an absolute gem called Antonio. He worked so hard and never gave up on us achieving our dream of building our future family home. It was a long road getting finance etc sorted but now we can finally see our slab down and its all thanks to him and his hard work. We are so delighted to have chosen Status Residential and to have worked alongside Antonio,Hayden as well as Rhiannon,Morgan and Jacinta. Thanks once again!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

100% recommend Status Residential. Slab went down Feb 2024 and collected keys for our new house Nov 2024. 9 months start to finish is outstanding in my opinion. Quality of home and finishes are top notch. SR is very transparent with information regarding the entire build process and any questions we may have had were generally answered before I even asked. Staff from sales, pre start, builder and client liaisons have been professional and informative throughout our build which certainly eradicated any stress we could have encountered. I would certainly recommend and use Status Residential again in the future.

I have had a very smooth building process with Status. Sasha was very helpful finding a block and getting the finance sorted. I was quoted to have a 9-12 month build which I expected to go over knowing how the building market has been in the last few years. However, the build in total took under 9 months to reach the practical completion stage, there were a few delays at this stage but in total everything was finished well and truly on schedule.

The quality of the build is top notch, our building inspector found very few faults with the final build at inspection (only minor paint touch up’s and a few clean up’s). Dealing with everyone at Status has been very pleasant, communication has been clear the whole way through, and everything answered very promptly.I would highly recommend Status Residential.

Some wild reviews here, called a few places when I moved back to Perth and Status was one of them and spoke to Danielle Rae, didn’t sell me no nonsense hopes and dreams and gave me the truth so I chose to go ahead. Of course no build is perfect and there were a couple of material shortage issues but one of the 2 ended up in my favour and I got an upgrade.. no price hikes and communication was clear.

I can’t thank Dani enough! Always happy to answer my calls or emails and chase things up even when it was out of her hands, have put 3 or 4 more people on to her and building another currently.

From the moment we signed up, to the moment we go our keys, the staff at Status Residential have been fantastic with their communication. Grace, our client liaison was amazing, answered every question within a timely manner. Mason, our building inspector was on top of all things for the build, gave dates for when things would be done and followed through. Shaun, who was a part of the sales team was so enthusiastic about his job, he found our block and helped us choose the right house.

I honestly wouldn’t have chosen another builder to build with and if we chose to build again, I’ll be coming back to Status Residential.

After previously signing with a different builder we were let down by, we were introduced to Status who made such a daunting process more seamless. From the beginning, Haydn was transparent and reliable and made such valuable suggestions for our home. During the build, the client liason team (Kaylee & Grace) were great at communicating and answering any questions we had about our build. The build time was reasonable in comparison to larger building companies and the pandemic. We felt guided by Status during the process, being our first home build and were never left in the dark or unresponded to. We engaged a building inspector during the process, and all stages were completed to a high standard. Mason was an amazing project manager who we could really trust and rely on during the process. Overall, we are really happy with the Status team and beyond stoked with our new home.

We have had a very pleasant time working with status residential, from our wonderful client liaison who was very professional and very helpful throughout our building period, had a answer to any of our questions within the day of asking.
Our sales rep who helped us with every step of the way with any issues or concerns and done what he could to keep the ball rolling at all times.

Site supervisor who was very hands on and kept us up to date towards the end of the build and done what he could to get us in the house before Christmas when hand over was meant to be early 2024.

House was built to a very high standard with no issues during build time.

I have had what I would call a dream build with Status Residential from the beginning. From Danielle in sales who assisted with my design, finding land and my finance, to Jacinta in pre start who helped with things I hadn’t even thought of. During Construction my site supervisor Manuel was outstanding and kept things on track. To the voice on the end of an email in Client Liaison Jen who assisted with all my queries no matter how silly. Thanks wouldnt be enough for making my build so smooth and trouble free. I’m now in my house and a couple of little teething problems that have been rectified promptly. I would highly recommend Status Residential and would build with them again in the future.
