Eligibility
This offer is valid for clients who sign up on or after October 1, 2024, and meet the eligibility criteria determined by STATUS RESIDENTIAL at its sole discretion.
12-Month Price Lock Guarantee
STATUS RESIDENTIAL guarantees to hold the fixed price of your home for 12 calendar months from the date of your authorised Preliminary Works Agreement (PWA) or Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA). This price lock:
- Excludes any provisional sums, which may vary based on site conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Price hold period is calculated & required to be valid from PWA signing until the commencement of construction.
Once construction commences, the price will be subject to the agreed 12-month price hold contained in the building contract. This guarantee applies only to contracts signed within the offer period and cannot be altered retrospectively.
Build-Time Guarantee
STATUS RESIDENTIAL guarantees practical completion of the home within 325 working days from slab down provided that:
- The block is in a new Greenfields estate and is green-titled with street frontage & services.
- The total contract value does not exceed $420,000, including siteworks.
If the build time exceeds 325 working days Status Residential agrees to pay compensation to the value of $60 per calendar day up to a maximum value of $18,500.
This guarantee is only applicable to contracts signed after the 1st of November 2024 if the above conditions are met.
Full terms & conditions are contained within the HIA lump sum building contract, which will be made available at contract signing and will supersede this guarantee.
General Conditions
STATUS RESIDENTIAL reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer for future clients at any time. However, any changes will not affect clients with existing signed agreements.
